4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information before and during the test.
Clients must ensure that all individuals undergoing a polygraph test give informed and voluntary consent.
Clients are responsible for adhering to legal and ethical guidelines regarding the use of polygraph results.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal information and test results are kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
CC Polygraph complies with applicable data protection laws to ensure privacy and security.
Clients must not disclose or misuse test results in violation of privacy laws or ethical standards.
6. Accuracy and Limitations
Polygraph tests are based on physiological responses and are not 100% infallible.
CC Polygraph does not guarantee specific outcomes or interpretations.
The test results should be used as a supplementary tool in decision-making, not as sole evidence.
7. Fees and Payment
Service fees are determined based on the type and complexity of the examination.
Full payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Fees are non-refundable once the polygraph test has commenced.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of fees or additional charges.
9. Prohibited Uses
Clients may not use polygraph test results for unlawful discrimination, defamation, or unethical practices.
Misrepresentation or falsification of test-related information is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with test results may result in termination of services.
10. Liability and Disclaimers
CC Polygraph is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on polygraph results.
The company does not assume responsibility for any damages arising from the misuse of test outcomes.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
